New Delhi: Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, who are on their way to Hathras to meet the family of the gang rape and murder victim, were briefly stopped  by the policemen at the toll plaza on the Delhi-Noida Direct (DND) on Saturday, media reports said.
