Kolkata: Every year throngs of tourists from West Bengal visit Uttarakhand.
Dehradun/IBNS: The Uttarakhand Police has sent back at least 8,000 tourists, who were heading to Nainital and Mussoorie over the weekend, in order to prevent overcrowding during the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic, according to media reports.

New Delhi, Mar 2 (IBNS): The National Green Tribunal, on Thursday, lifted the ban on camping on the beaches along the River Ganga in Uttarkhand but has said they have to stay away beyond 100 metre from the river, according to media reports.
