Syria: UN chief warns Idlib offensive may set off ‘humanitarian catastrophe’

New York, Aug 30(IBNS): United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres on Wednesday expressed deep concern over the growing risk of a humanitarian catastrophe should a full-scale military operation take place in Syria’s war-battered Idlib province.
