Modi announces Rs 1000 crore immediate aid for Cyclone Amphan recovery in Bengal

Basirhat, West Bengal/IBNS: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday announced an immediate assistance of Rs 1000 crore for Cylcone Amphan relief in West Bengal at a press conference with Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. He also announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh for the dead and Rs 50,000 for the injured.
