Consulted Raghuram Rajan on minimum income guarantee scheme: Rahul Gandhi

New Delhi, Mar 26 (IBNS): Justifying his announcement of the Rs 72,000-crore minimum income guarantee scheme for the poorest people in the country, Congress president Rahul Gandhi said he had discussed the same with former Reserve Bank of India governor Raghuram Rajan.
