Guwahati/IBNS: The 11-hour bandh (strike) called by the umbrella organisation of the students' bodies is underway in northeast on Tuesday to mark the protest against the controversial Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2019 which was passed by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) comfortably in Lok Sabha last night, media reports said.
