'Formidables' from Delhi sailed into the final of team event in All India Shree Cement Bridge Championship

Kolkata/IBNS: 'Formidables' from Delhi represented by Rajeshwar Tewari, Sumit Mukherjee, Kaustabh Nandi, Sagnik Roy, Sayantan Kushari and Sagnik Bendre justified their name and proved their mettle  as they sailed into the final  drubbing  local  challengers 'Pradeep' in the   penultimate round of the team event  in the 6th  All India Shree Cement Bridge Championship  at  Biswa Bangla Conventin centre in New Town here Saturday.

All India Shree Cement Bridge Championship: R1S5 and Magnum qualify for knock-out stage

Kolkata/IBNS: 'R1S5' from Kolkata and 'Magnum' from Delhi qualified for the knock-out stage securing first and second position respectively  along with fourteen other teams as the eight -round swiss league of the team event ended  on the second day of the 6th All india Shree Cement Bridge Championship (category one) at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre here on Friday.

Unfancied Team Burzen lead the field on the first day of All India Shree Cement Bridge Championship

Kolkata/IBNS: Unfancied Team Burzen represented by Sourendra Coomar Dutt, Manas Mukherjee, Dibyendu Shee, Subir Mazumder, Showmik Das and Kajal Das, displaying fine acumen, led the field with 75.92 victory points at the end of the fifth round on the inaugural day of the All India Shree Cement  Bridge Tournament being held at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre here Thursday.
