Death toll rises to 83 in flood-hit Kerala

Thiruvananthapuram, Aug 12 (UNI) The death toll in rain-related incidents rose to 83 in Kerala on Monday as over 2,55,662 people from 63,506 families were shifted to 1,413 relief centres in the State so far.
