Harare, Oct 17 (IBNS): Ending their stint in county cricket, former Zimbabwe skipper Brendan Taylor and Kyle Jarvis have returned to the country to play for the nation.

They have been included by selectors in the  two-match series against West Indies starting on Saturday in Bulawayo.

Zimbabwe have named a 16-men squad for the series.

Zimbabwe Cricket made the announcement of Taylor's return to the Test squad by tweeting: "Brendan Taylor, with 4 centuries and 7 fifties in 23 Tests for Zim, makes his return to international cricket against @westindies #ZIMvWI."

Taylor shared an image of the cap he wore in the Test match for Zimbabwe last time.

"Almost 3 years since I last wore my test cap. In 4 days I get to wear it again and represent @ZimCricketv and country," he tweeted.
