Rafael Nadal continues dominance, maintains top position in ATP ranking

Madrid, Oct 9 (IBNS): Spanish Tennis star Rafael Nadal on Monday topped the ATP rankings list and continued his dominance in the world of the sport.

Nadal maintained his number one ranking position with 9,875 points.

The Spanish player is followed by Swiss master Roger Federer with 7,505 points.

Scot Andy Murray remained in the third position.

Nadal remained at the top of the list and even claimed the China Open title for the second time in his career on Sunday.

However, the list, which was released on Monday, witnessed some changes as Swiss Stan Wawrinka moved to the eighth spot, while Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov dropped to the ninth position.

Belgian David Goffin, however, entered the top-10 position in the list of Tennis players in the world.
