Chennai, Dec 17 (IBNS): Playing steadily India finished the second day of the final Test against England at 60 runs for the loss of no wickets here on Saturday.

After England posted 477 all out in their first innings, Indian openers-

Lokesh Rahul (30*) and Parthiv Patel (28*) played with a sensitive tough to finished the day without any loss.

India still trail England by 417 runs.

English batsmen failed to capture a single wicket to break the opening stand.

Riding on Moeen Ali (146) and Joe Root's (88) England  posted massive 477 runs on the scorecard.

Liam Dawson (66*) and Adil Rashid (60) contributed with the bats.

Ravindra Jadeja picked up three wickets for India.

India have taken 3-0 lead in the series.
