President's address failed to provide any clarity or hope: Congress
New Delhi, Feb 23 (IBNS): The Congress on Tuesday said President Pranab Mukherjee's speech at the beginning of the Budget Session of the Indian Parliament failed to provide any clarity or hope at a time when the country is facing 'economic uncertainty' and 'social tensions'.
"At a time of economic uncertainty,social tensions & agri distress the President's Address failed to provide any clarity or hope," Congress leader Ahmed Patel tweeted.
Mukherjee addressed the joint session of the Parliament on Tuesday.
The Budget session commenced from Tuesday.
