Kolkata/IBNS: Kolkata’s popular restaurant chain Chowman celebrated Children’s Day eve with the underprivileged kids of NGO Basha who launched a week-long ‘Chidren’s Food Festival’ here.

Everything on the menu has been curated keeping in mind the flavours and textures that appeal to children the most – sweet, crunchy and tasty.

This launch was graced by Bengali actress Koneenica Banerjee and Debaditya Chaudhury, MD, Chowman Hospitality Pvt. Ltd and founder member of Lakkhichara Band.

Speaking on the occasion Debaditya Chaudhury said, “Children make us happy. Some children, who are less than fortunate, do not receive as much love and happiness as they share with the world. I wanted to gift them happiness on this day which they do not usually get and make them feel special and equally wanted in this society.”
