Designer Jaya Mishra inaugurates new Rajwada wedding collection in Kolkata

Kolkata, Nov 23 (IBNS) Designer Jaya Mishra showcased her ‘Rajwada’ collection in Kolkata on Saturday.

Rajwada, the new bridal collection was launched at the event and was showcased by soon to be married couple, actress Dimpy Ganguly and her fiancé Rohit Roy, at the Jaya Mishra showroom.

Speaking at the event designer Jaya Mishra said, “The Rajasthani attire have inspired me to design the Rajwada collection. The collection has royal touch in them. The collection has the blend of royalty and rich works in it, which are inspired from the attires of Sultans and Mughals,”

The Rajwada collection offers an assorted range of sarees, anarkalis and suits with jackets and gowns. The Rajwada collection gives a Classy and Royal look. 

The collections are embellished with multi-coloured stones, crystals, golden work and laces.

The designer has showcased her works in places like Australia, Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai.  

Jaya Mishra’s designs got screened at the Miami Fashion Festival 2014 and will be served at the London International Film Festival.
