Kolkata/IBNS: On January 25, the first day of the Chinese New Year in 2020, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata is holding a specially crafted menu that combines the best of Chinese dishes from the city's own Tangra neighbourhood and the Sichuan region of China.

The speical menu will be available as buffet for lunch and dinner at the all-day diner, Kava.

So here is your chance to dig into statement dishes such as  “Noodles Salad with Peanut, Cucumber and Carrot”, “Water Chestnut Dumpling”, “Hot and Numbing Xi'an-Style Oven-Fried Chicken Wings”, “Stir Fried Squid in Oyster Sauce”, etc.

The Tangra street chat section includes “Wonton Street Chaat" and others.

Round up your meal with desserts such as “Sago Pudding”, “Green Tea Tiramisu”, or “Ginger and Honey Cake”.

As you eat, enjoy a 180-degree view of the New Town skyline and the Biswa Bangla Gate through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows of the restaurant. 

The buffet is pegged at an all invclusive per head price of Rs 825 for lunch and Rs 925 for dinner.
