Covid-19 Covid-19: INOX Air Products gets contract of Liquid Medical Oxygen supply in West Bengal
Kolkata/IBNS: INOX Air Products (INOXAP) has been awarded a contract for supply of Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) by West Bengal Medical Services Corporation Limited, Kolkata for government earmarked Covid care hospitals viz. M R Bangur Super Speciality Hospital, M R Bangur District Hospital and ID&BG Hospital Beliaghata.
Being the largest producer of Medical Oxygen in the state of West Bengal, INOXAP has been supplying LMO to various government and privately-run hospitals across the state.
Talking about the efforts made by INOXAP, Siddharth Jain, Director, INOX Group said, “We are extremely thankful to WBMSCL and the Health Ministry for entrusting us with this extremely critical responsibility and for showing faith in our capabilities. We admire the work done by the Govt of West Bengal in handling the pandemic in the State so far. Oxygen has been an extremely critical element in the treatment and recovery processes for patients infected with COVID19.
"With our relentless efforts to ensure the supply of Medical Oxygen across the hospitals in the State, we take pride in supporting the Government in this battle.
