A US man, who had cut the heart out of a woman and stabbed two others to death, has been sentenced to life in prison in the US state of Oklahoma, media reports said on Friday.

According to reports, Lawrence Paul Anderson had cooked the heart of the victim with potatoes and even tried to feed it to his relatives. He then killed them as well.

Lawrence Paul Anderson, 42, confessed to breaking into 41-year-old Andrea Lynn Blankenship’s home in Chickasha, Oklahoma, on Feb. 12 by breaking down her back door with his shoulder, reports Daily Beast.

He then allegedly confessed to killing her and cutting out her heart, taking it across the street to his aunt and uncle’s home and sauteing it with potatoes, the news website reported.

He then tried to force them to eat it to “release the demons” before he fatally attacked his uncle and nearly killed his aunt. He is also charged with murdering their 4-year old granddaughter Kaeos Yates. the news portal further reported.

The police have confiscated the cooking pan used in the crime.

He faces three counts of first-degree murder and one count of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and one count of maiming, reports Daily Beast.
