Los Angeles, Mar 26 (IBNS): Adult film actress Stormy Daniels has said she was threatened to keep silent over her alleged sexual encounter with US President Donald Trump, media reports said.

Daniels claimed that she once had sexual relationship with Trump in 2006.

Daniels said a man had approached her in a Las Vegas car park in 2011 over the issue.

Daniels told CBS News the man had allegedly said she should  "leave Trump alone".

She said the incident occurred after she decided to tell her story to a magazine.

"I was in a parking lot, going to a fitness class with my infant daughter. T-- taking, you know, the seats facing backwards in the backseat, diaper bag, you know, gettin' all the stuff out. And a guy walked up on me and said to me, 'Leave Trump alone. Forget the story.' And then he leaned around and looked at my daughter and said, 'That's a beautiful little girl. It'd be a shame if something happened to her mom.' And then he was gone," the actress told CBS News.

Trump has denied having an affair with the actress.

His lawyers are seeking $20m (£14m) in damages from her, saying she broke a non-disclosure deal signed before the 2016 presidential election,BBC reported.
