Pakistan: Oil tanker catches fire, one killed
Islamabad, Sept 17 (IBNS): At least one person was killed as an oil tanker caught fire in Pakistan's Muzaffargarh area on Sunday, media reports said.
The incident occurred close to the Kot Addu Power Company.
Police officials said the incident occurred during welding of a tanker, which had oil stored in it. As the fire spread, it consumed several shops located close by, according to rescue officials, reported Geo News.
Three fire tenders and several water tankers rushed to the spot to douse the flame.
The injured people were rushed to hospital for treatment.
