Blast heard close to Rio Olympics Cycling Track, no injury
Rio de Janeiro, Aug 6 (IBNS): A small blast occurred close to the finish line of the men's cycling road race event of the Rio Olympics on Saturday, media reports said.
No one was injured in the blast.
The event was reportedly held unaffected.
Police have cordoned off the area.
Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj tweeted: "Rio Blast - Indian Ambassador Sunil Lal is camping in Rio and in constant touch with me. All are safe. @sandeepsonu000."
