Manjit Singh, who surprised everyone during the Jakarta Asian Games by winning the 800m gold is preparing hard for the Asian Championship, which is scheduled to take place in Doha, Qatar from 21st to 24th April 2019. The Haryana middle distance runner secured a gold medal in the Men’s 800m in the first leg of the Indian Grand Prix in Patiala with the timing of 1:48.54 and hopes to do better in the Federation Cup, which will be played from 15-18 March in Patiala.

Real Kashmir’s Title Hope Dashed Post 2-1 Loss To East Bengal

Real Kashmir’s hope for the title was dashed by East Bengal as they notched up a 2-1 win to keep their slender title hopes alive in the I-League.
