French authorities raise national security after Moscow terror attack
French authorities have decided to raise the national security alert system Vigipirate to its highest level to deal with potential threats to the country after the recent terror attack in Moscow which left over 100 people dead.
Indicating Ukraine's hand in the Moscow concert hall attack, Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday (March 23, 2024) said all four gunmen involved in the incident were arrested before they could cross the border.
Moscow concert hall attack leaves 93 dead
The number of those killed in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in the Moscow Region has risen to 93 people, but the death toll is expected to increase further, the Russian Investigative Committee said on Saturday.
