Some 385 million children live in extreme poverty, World Bank-UNICEF study reveals

New York, Oct 4(Just Earth News): Children are more than twice as likely as adults to live in extreme poverty, with nearly 385 million children worldwide experiencing that condition, according to a new analysis from the World Bank Group and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
