New Delhi, Sept 23 (IBNS): The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) of the U17 FIFA World Cup 2017 on Tuesday confirmed the appointment of Javier Ceppi as Tournament Director and Joy Bhattacharya as the Project Director for the mega event slated to be held in October 2017 in India.
