Usha Uthup lends voice for Bengali film

Popular Indian pop, jazz and playback singer Usha Uthup on Monday (Apr 28, 2014) lent her voice to record the theme song of the upcoming Bengali movie 'Gogoler Kirti' in Kolkata. The film is directed by Pompi Ghosh Mukherjee and produced by Supratik Ghosh. Uthup recorded the theme song 'Go Gogol Go' in the presence of music director Surojit Chatterjee at her own studio 'Studio Vibrations'. Penned by new talent Tapan Mukherjee, a member of Surojit Chatterjee’s virtual poetry club 'Kobita Club', the song is a fusion of disco and trance.
