WB Governor flags off `Shanti Dhak Utsav' 2017 in north Kolkata

Governor of West Bengal Keshari Nath Tripathi on Saturday(Sept 23, 2017) inaugurated the Manicktalla Chaltabagan Lohapatty Durga Puja's “Shanti Wellness Care Dhak Utsav 2017” by playing the traditional dhak in the presence of heads of foreign consuls, leading authors and poets of Bengal, eminent citizens of Kolkata from the world of art, culture, education, sports and politics.
