Popular Bhojpuri actor-turned-MP Manoj Tewari participated in a rally in Kolkata before Bharatiya Janata Party's Shyampukur candidate Sandipan Biswas filed his nomination paper on Saturday for the high-octane West Bengal Assembly polls.
