Kolkata, May 25 (IBNS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) march in Kolkata towards police headquarters Lalbazar to demand arrest of TMC corrupt leaders turned violent today as the activists and the cops clashed on Thursday. Many BJP leaders and activists were injured while they also set on fire to police vehicles. Police used teargas shells, water canons besides batons to disperse the mobs. Bombs also went off in the march. BJP MP Roopa Ganguly said her party workers were marching towards city Police headquarter to submit a deputation peacefully when they were attacked.
