Amit Mitra releases book on Bandhan Bank

West Bengal Finance Minister Dr. Amit Mitra released Tamal Bandyopadhyay's latest book ‘Bandhan – The Making of a Bank’, a Random House Penguin publication, on Tuesdy evening (June 4, 2016) at a hotel in Kolkata in the presence of Chandra Shekhar Ghosh MD & CEO of Bandhan Bank. Harun Rashid Khan, Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India graced the occasion as a Guest of Honour. “Like my previous books, this too is journalistic work. This is not a definitive biography of Chandra Shekhar Ghosh – this is a book on entrepreneurship and the transformation of a microfinance entity into a bank, seen from a ringside seat,” said Tamal Bandyopadhyay, author of ‘Bandhan – The making of a Bank’ (Images by Souvik Das)
