Chandigarh, Sep 28 (UNI) Punjab Panchayats and Rural Development Minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa on Saturday lashed out at former state Congress chief and Rajya Sabha member Partap Singh Bajwa for deliberately sabotaging the party in the run up to the four Assembly by-elections.
