Himachal HC dismisses civil writ petition against former CM Shanta Kumar

Shimla/UNI: Himachal Pradesh High Court on Friday dismissed a civil writ petition filed against former Chief Minister Shanta Kumar who was allegedly charged by the petitioner for establishing a commercial hospital in the name of charitable hospital contrary to the provisions of Indian Trusts Act.
