New Delhi, Sept 25 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday launched a new scheme Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana –“Saubhagya” to ensure electrification of all willing households in the country in rural as well as urban areas here.
