Trade unions go on nationwide strike today

New Delhi/Kolkata,Sept 2 (IBNS): Protesting against the alleged anti-labour policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government and basing on a 12-point charter of demands, more than a million workers from different sectors, including banking and telecom, are joining a day-long nationwide general strike called by Left-affiliated eleven central trade unions on Friday.
