UPSC row: Centre says English marks will not be included in merit

New Delhi, Aug 4 (IBNS): Giving in to the demands by the Hindi preferring Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) aspirants, the government on Monday said that a 20-mark English section in the Civil Service Aptitude Test (CSAT) will not be included for grades or merit.
