Mamata Banerjee unveils Mother Teresa's statue in Kolkata

Kolkata, Aug 27 (IBNS): A life-size bronze statue of Mother Teresa was unveiled by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, at the Archbishop's House in Kolkata on Friday on the occasion of the 106th birth anniversary of the late nun, to be conferred with sainthood status barely after a week.

Kolkata, Aug 19 (IBNS): Archbishop Thomas D'Souza announced on Friday at the press meet that a life-size bronze statue of Mother Teresa would be installed at the Bishop house next to where the statue of Pope John Paul II currently stands.
