Kolkata, Jan 20 (IBNS): A day after Shatrughan Sinha joined the mega rally in Kolkata, the actor-turned-politician on Sunday once again targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government and said Saturday's meet only had one agenda-  "Free India of Arrogance and Dictatorial Governance".
