India bypolls witness moderate to high turnout

New Delhi, Sept 13 (IBNS) Moderate to heavy turn-out was reported from ten states as people exercised their franchise in the by-polls of three Lok Sabha constituencies and 33 Assembly segments on Saturday with eyes largely fixed on the two seats that went to polls in West Bengal owing to a serious challenge thrown by an aggressive BJP to ponzi-scam hit ruling Trinamool Congress in the state.
