IIT Madras ban: Irani says students' group did not follow rule

Chennai/New Delhi, May 29 (IBNS) Amid protests over IIT Madras' ban on a discussion forum of its students which was critical of the Narendra Modi Government, Union Human Resource Development Minister Smirit Irani on Friday said the group did not follow proper procedure.
