Adani-Hindenburg scam: SEBI seeks 15-day extension from Supreme Court to complete probe

New Delhi/UNI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Monday filed an application before the Supreme Court seeking a direction for 15 more days' time to file its report in connection with the probe into the Adani-Hindenburg issue.

New Delhi/UNI: The Supreme Court in its verdict on Thursday said it is constituting a committee to look into the Adani-Hindenburg issue and this committee will be supervised by a SC-appointed a panel, including O P Bhat, Justice JP Devadhar, K V Kamat, Nandan Nilekani and Somasekhar Sundaresan and the committee will be headed by Justice (Former) Abhay M Sapre.
