New Delhi, Aug 8 (IBNS): With the Upper House of the Parliament unanimously passing the 122nd Constitutional Amendment Bill as amended by the Rajya Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi described the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as a "Great Step Towards Transparency."
