General Bikram Singh hangs uniform, Gen. Dalbir Singh Suhag new army chief

New Delhi, July 31 (IBNS) Army General Bikram Singh Friday relinquished the command of Indian Army and hung his uniform after a career spanning 42 years, handing over the baton to General Dalbir Singh Suhag, who assumes charge on Aug 1.
