West Bengal Police calls Dhulagarh violence a local incident

Kolkata, Dec 30 (IBNS): Weeks after a massive violence hit West Bengal's Dhulagarh, the state police on Thursday claimed that the incident was an outcome of a dispute between two local groups over a local issue.
