Aligarh/IBNS: Amid the nationwide outrage over the fatal gangrape of the 19-year-old Dalit girl in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras, a four-year-old girl from the same district, who was allegedly raped by her relative, died during treatment at a hospital in Delhi, police said Tuesday.
