China could set up border outposts in encroached territories of Nepal: Report

Kathmandu/IBNS: A report by Nepal’s agriculture department has alerted the encroachment of its territories by China with rivers changing their course following massive road construction activities in Tibet Autonomous Region, a Hindustan Times report said.
