Floods : Fury continues in Bihar, toll rises to 153 ; Assam, Bengal look up

Patna, Aug 19 (IBNS) : The flood toll in Bihar rose to 153 on Saturday as the situation continued to be grim with nearly eleven million people being affected, while the Army was called in to conduct relief and rescue operations in the inundated areas of eastern Uttar Pradesh, reports said.
