Kolkata airport staff undergo special training on handling passengers with special needs

Kolkata/IBNS: In recognition of the importance of handling air passengers with special needs and making their journey a pleasant experience, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and British Deputy High Commission Kolkata jointly organised a training on ‘Soft Skills Development’ at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International (NSCBI) Airport.
