Corporate Affairs Ministry issues notification for commencement of Companies Act, 2013 rule related to Valuation by Registered Valuers

New Delhi, Oct 20 (IBNS): Union Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in a release on Friday, said that it has issued notification for commencement of Section 247 of the Companies Act, 2013 [Valuation by Registered Valuers] with effect from October 18, 2017.
