Rafael Nadal remains number one player in ATP ranking list

Madrid, Apr 16 (IBNS): Spanish Tennis star Rafael Nadal remained the number one player in the world, as per the latest ATP rankings list released on Monday.

The 31-year-old player topped the chart with 8770 points.

Swiss master Roger Federer stood in the second position with 8,670 points.

There has been no change in the top 10 rankings list.

Croatia's Marin Cilic remained in the third position with 4985 points.

The top 10 players are given below:

1. Rafael Nadal (Spain) 8,770 points

2. Roger Federer (Switzerland) 8,670

3. Marin Cilic (Croatia) 4,985

4. Alexander Zverev (Germany) 4,925

5. Grigor Dimitrov (Bulgaria) 4,635

6. Juan Martin del Potro (Argentina) 4,470

7. Dominic Thiem (Austria) 3,665

8. Kevin Anderson (South Africa) 3,390

9. John Isner (US) 3,125

10. David Goffin (Belgium) 3,110.
