Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma offer monetary support to COVID-19 Relief Funds

New Delhi/UNI: Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma on Monday offered monetary support to the PM-CARES Fund & the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Maharashtra) in fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.

"Anushka and I are pledging our support towards PM-CARES Fund & the Chief Minister's Relief Fund (Maharashtra). Our hearts are breaking looking at the suffering of so many & we hope our contribution, in some way, helps easing the pain of our fellow citizens," Virat Kohli tweeted.

In India the total no of infected case has gone to 1071, while 29 have died.

All the sporting events around the globe have been affected by this deadly disease resulting in either postponement or cancellation.
