Actress Basabdatta Chatterjee roped in as new anchor of a cookery TV show

Kolkata/IBNS: Bengali actress Basabdatta Chatterjee has been roped in to play the achor's role in cookery show, Radhuni, on Aakash Aath.

Directed by Pompi Mukherjee, this matinee television program has been bestowed with the award for the longest running culinary show in the year 2021 by The Woman Times Magazine.

This particular culinary show bears an inimitable concept and a very attractive presentation of the purely domestic food varieties before the viewers.

Basabdatta Chatterjee says, "It is an honour for me to be associated with one of the longest running Cookery Show of Bengal. I have started my career as an anchor, and after almost 13 years, I will be getting back to my roots with this venture.

"I thank the entire team of Aakash Aath’s Radhuni for encouraging me to host the show. Cooking stands to be an integral passion of mine, and it is a delight for me to be able to integrate this passion of mine in my professional field."

Basbdatta is seen hosting the Holi Special episode of Radhuni, on March 25th March at 1:30 pm.

The show is aired on the TV channel on all days at 1:30 pm.
